Our agreement states that we can run 10-8-7 on a device, up to us.  We pay
nothing to upgrade because we are paying the auto upgrade rate to begin
with.  Same holds true for servers as well as server appliance software, AD
SQL SharePoint etc.  We have 600+ desktops and 200+ servers.
