As I remember the base for lightswitch was silverlight.  M$ has downgraded
silverlight going forward.

My friends daughter was using light switch to set up sites to help organize
relief mission situations.   She is a smart gal and could put on the web
what they were doing ans what then needed to accomplish the next set of
goals.
