Dave The VFP code at the link below will work assuming you have Rick Strahl's Web Connect installed. I tried it with the SPS Weblog JSON class but the JSON is too complex for it to handle. You need .NET 4.0 or above installed. You won't use .NET directly (Web Connection does internally) however up-to-date Windows installations will almost certainly have it already.
It will return an object that you can inspect and take whatever you need from. You're on your own there!
