My VFP7 DVD (and serial number!) were in the proper place in the archives, but I wasn't as careful about archiving the SP1 patch nor the matching patches for the installshield MSMs that install updated runtimes. The MSFT site has a link for VFP7SP1, but it errors out. Google points out InstallShield updates, but it too 404's. I do have the vRunFox7 executable, of course (thanks, Ed!) and the runtime installer from dfPUG, so I can cobble something together.
