I didn't read it as they wanted a heads down coder at all. they want the leader who can get the functionality defined from VFP and then architect it to function in the M$ world. So changing display formats is one of thousands of little things this dude or dudette will have to be over with the team. They also have to run scrum to define what got done yesterday and what is getting done today.
