So, this isn't really "SQL Server for Linux." THis is MS SQL Server
running on an MS Windows OS in a VM where the host just happens to not
be Windows. So, they can run Windows in a VM. Probably an advantage
for Azure, but where's the big deal here? Is this going to be a
licensing CAL break?
