Hi All,
I've been doing a lot of remote training using GoToMeeting. You can record
sessions there, and then the recording converts to an MP4.
If you don't need to see your face, but just your screen, that might work, too.
You could create an Index or Table of Contents showing subjects and time markers...
I think you need a paid account to make the recordings, but it is very
inexpensive.
