Snagit is limited to 15fps but that is more than good enough for most
things. Not as full featured (in video) as Camtasia but a viable
alternate
and comes with the benefit of being an excellent screen capture
product.
I already have SnagIt and love it but have only done screenshots without
any animation. I'll have to look into that. Thanks!
