Following up, I got a generic response from an account listed as an MSFT vendor saying I could open up an issue in the issue tracker or follow up in the discussion forum for the product. A few minutes later I got the message that "Sorry, we now are considering it is a real issue. We will inform you when it is resolved."
So, my apologies if Fox2Bin gets taken offline for a false positive. Better to be cautious and all that...
