Try using Thor before Codeplex is completely off-line. I think it might have 
the various bits and pieces you're looking for. I'd also get his chart designer 
class as it's very helpful with tweaking charts in realtime. Also, Jim hangs 
out in a Thor Google group and you should be able to get his attention there.

Also, this page talks about 2 utilities to help but there's no sign of 
how to download them.  Going to the Downloads page does NOT show a 
reference to those 2 tools:

This one especially sounded helpful:  GetChartDataFromRows – a PRG to 
convert data series which originates in rows into the format that 
FoxCharts requires (where each data series is in a field).
