CPU utilization problem caused by excessive keyboard polling? I would
bet you patched Foxpro/DOS and fixed it long time ago.
I have problems from time to time on my desktop system.
The usual culprit is Word 97 which I keep open. Minimising it
seems to do it.
Forte Agent, when compacting folders, is a resource hog,
too. I have quit doing them since I do not regain much these days anyway.
I think DOSBox has also caused trouble from time to time.
