If you're doing bulk emailing, use a service that's intended for bulk
emailing. Mailjet is $7.49 US a month for 30,000 emails with no
throttling involved. It's not going to break the bank. Plus you get all
the analytics, tracking of opened mails, tracking of bounces, queuing,
retries. You will need to set up DKIM and SPF for the domains but this
means you won't end up with the domain blacklisted.
