I'm trying to register a foreign DLL using RegAsm (per page 2 on
https://west-wind.com/presentations/wwDotnetBridge/wwDotnetBridge.pdf)
but it's nowhere to be found on my machine. I found this on a google
search:

I'm guessing this is part of Visual Studio???
