All mail from non-subscribers is automatically held, and I try to go through the list every few days. Seeing this email, I looked through the held queue, and found yours, so I released them. They should show up soon. The other thing is that a lot of ISPs block email from any IP address that is a known virtual machine provider, and my email server is in that category.
