Hi Alan

I always thought MAPI was an OE thing, CDONTS for Win2k and CDOSys for
Win2k3. I stopped using MAPI when my users moved to Outlook. Knowledge base
articles do refer to Outlook installing MAPI though.

What else has changed in your environment?
What version of Windows is on the pc/TS client?
Is it only when Win2k3 is involved or when Outlook is involved?
Does anything in your environment still run MAPI ok?
Is OE still installed? Perhaps if OE has been uninstalled might this have
screwed up the MAPI control?
Do you have anything locked down by antivirus software? Script blocking?
Are you able to log on with full administrator rights to the domain and try
the application, this may point to privilege issues?

Regards
Graham

I've been through all those - mine dies at the initial SignOn command.
Thanks anyway.
