Mike, since you want to use it on your companies website, you'd better take it 
from a licensed source like ShutterStock or Colourbox.

Those image-providers do regular image scans (just like you did to find it) and 
then call their legal department if in doubt.  In any way this will be more 
expensive than just buying it.
