To follow up on this thread.
Yesterday, the customer ran the REGSVR32 command on the machine himself.
This time it worked. 

The customer is up and running without me getting a chance to reconnect to the 
box.

The list I looked at all showed the manual regsvr32 command returned an error.
My situation doesn't.

I'll set a time with the customer next week and see if there is something 
missing.
