The benefit of the cloud is we no longer have to update versions of the quagmire of products we have. Updates to the main product take months to prepare for and 2 days to install and test.
In their cloud, we no longer have to do this and that is the 100% gain to our department. If we get APIs to access our data that would fantastic. There is a messaging system, ION, that will move work for us and allow us to pick up actions or create them ourselves. This is on a single transaction basis. Of course, we need to iterate through records to identify what needs to be tweaked.
