When you run Windows on a Mac, you are running Windows on a PC, the generic name for "Personal Computers" which is another interesting topic. No difference, same annoyances, same mediocre patching, update issues, hardware conflicts. The security issues raised by the recent slew of CPU exploits have sent everyone into a tizzy. Patches to prevent the exploits have likely caused more damage than good.
