We are dealing with our ERP to do SAAS and in that case NO YOU CAN NOT RDP in at all. That is why we will pay them a monthly gouge of $$ to do it for us. :(
To be honest I don't even get to touch my raw SQL data either. They push it to a Data Lake and I get to consume from there. Pretty sure that will be a document database or some sort of NoSQL version. That will be really fun getting my data out for our on prem DW.
