Create a file on your computer with notepad named DoNotAllowIE70.reg and add 
the following 6 lines (the 3rd line must be blank)
Watch for line wrap
Then double click on that file. It will add the registry entry and you will be 
safe.
Note that only WinXP and Win2003 users are in danger.
