What you want to do - definitely seems to spark a memory inside my old feeble mind. Maybe I had tried working on something like that some YEARS ago! I can even visualize in my head the circumstance - and I think it was for some client project - and they were doing shipments. But, beyond that - I have no recollection. I possibly did that even before I joined this forum!

Did you search the archives for anyone else doing something similar?
