Hey Vince,

I have one of those 48" Varidesk contraptions so I can shift between sitting
and standing positions. I go in cycles ... standing for a few months ... and
then sitting for a few months. The standing part takes some time to get used
to. Don't go from 0 to 12 hours your first day. I also wear compression
leggings when I'm going to be standing for long periods of time. Not sexy ...
(definitely not sexy) but they do make a difference. The wobbling prevents your
legs/knees from stiffening up.
