I find this list a breath of fresh air. Good answers, banter, and friendly.

I sent a message to the support group for a third party tool I'm working with
in a .NET project.
I explained the scenario, the trouble I was having, and what I did to try to
fix the problem.
I waited 24 hours for a response.
They answered with information about another product that doesn't work in the
project I was working in.
I'm working in WPF, they sent information about ASP.NET CORE. Two different
frameworks that talk to each other via http.

May you enjoy your weekend!
Tracy

Exactly the reason for "How to Ask a Good Question." Much as I enjoy
annoying fellow forum members, stating the basics, especially when you know
"that couldn't be the problem" and justifying the steps you took along the
way troubleshooting ("No, wait, did I try to do it this way and that way?")
very often solve the problem. I delete a number of questions ready to send
to the list for exactly this reason.
