Good question.
My support team just said it won't work. Same set up in Windows 10 works
fine. I will try to get more information.

I am using VFP9 SP2.
For many years and previous versions we had the program 'run' a batch
file which was used to transmit a file. Now, a client with Windows 11 is
not able to run the batch file. We even tried administrator mode. Anyone
have any ideas?
