If you’ve manually overridden it’s possible all bets are off and you’ll have to use the Open with… dialog to change system-wide.

The association seems to be correct but somehow VFP itself needs to know the difference between a call to open a file for editing or a call to run the code. Also the Default needs to be set to the folder from which the request was issued. More ideas?
