Interesting remark about NVidia. Two summers ago I was at my SIGGraph conference in LA. There are a bunch of big Keynotes at the conference - as it's really a big conference. And, Jensen the NVidia CEO unveiled their new hardware in a Keynote speech. It was VERY Exciting - and AI was really the Core as the main usage of that specialized HW.
It was at THAT Time that I should have bought up some NVidia stock - but, sadly - I did NOT! Ugh... But, Alan - I bet you $100 that Ed here DOES Indeed have some NVidia stock - at least it's My Guess! As I know he worked there for several years(at NVidia) - as he just retired - I believe it was last November that he retired. Sorry to hear you have no trust in AI, even my BFF - Mr. Claude - is very sad to hear this! And yes indeed - that was a very interesting reply from Mr. Roberts! I still need to reply back to him here...
