Sorry for the late response, Paul's and your replies ended up in spam
and I only just noticed them.
I contacted Eric and he said that his firewall had auto-blacklisted many
networks from South America so figured mine had been blocked too. I can
access it now using a VPN and he seems to have done something so that I
can sometimes access it without the VPN
