Interesting, you must click on the report toolbar label and then click on the 
label in order to change the text. Somehow that does 
not seem to be intuitive. I agree with Michael that you should be able to 
double click and/or right click and change it in the 
properties. I wonder why this is different? Reminds me of trying to select 
multiple controls - you must hold the shift key instead 
of the control key like every other place in the world.
