I let my tables, fields, and variables choose their own names. Inside the cpu there are no such things as names; only bit patterns that are subject to various interpretations assumed by the particular entity that is addressing them or using them.
Using names is an acknowledgement of the whimsicality of man. Using names with a "system" or a "convention" is an acknowledgement of the weakness of the whimsicality of man. If you need help keeping track of what you are doing, that's fine. But what makes you think that someone else looking at your scratches is going to have the same mindset and adopt the same paradigm that you did?
