I am developing a Q&D utility to distribute our Global Address List (GAL) to all our intelligent copiers so folks can scan stuff and e-mail it to themselves or anyone else in the company.
What I have found out is that I can read the GAL items individually but I have not been able to figure out how to get SMTP addresses. My research indicates that there is a lot of data that is not exposed in the Outlook Object Model and apparently the list of e-mail addresses for each person is one of those data. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is my research accurate (about hidden data)? Is there an alternative Object Model that I can use with VFP? TIA for your help on this.
