Vince, If you are not reengineering the database model then you need to consider the Sedna Upsizing Wizard. I have used it numerous times in testing and it has worked every time. I am talking about migrating structures *and* data to SQL Server 2000 and 2005. You can run the wizard or you can programmatically control the engine (especially useful if you have to migrate the same database numerous times - think vertical market app).
This is not the old wizard warmed over for Sedna. This is a usable tool.
