I have not seen one and I suggest you try an experiment before you go further: Open up Paint to a new drawing and try to sign your name using your mouse. My guess is that you will have a great deal of trouble. The best way to accomplish this is to use TabletPC technology but not everyone has this available so it is not a great idea for mass usage. You do not have a unique problem here and I would suggest that you do some research on how it is handled by other web sites and/or consult a legal professional about the issue.
