Actually you are so wrong, but you can't see that.. I've had two dealings with two individuals on this list and for reason's that I won't go into, I refunded their money in full because it was the right thing to do because for reasons beyond my control, I could not deliver what I said I would.
I will always do the right thing, even if it puts me in a bind and if you knew me, you would know that.
