My company, if I can get it going will need to work for 12 dollars per hour to be competitive in the outsourcing rate. We could probably charge 15 - 20 per hour because we're stateside and some would be willing to pay a preimium for that, but how do you get the word out when everybody that I write in the media won't even publish my letters...
