I do. I get the standard right click context menu when I right click on the report form in the designer in runtime. Options are run report, preview, etc. Make sure you've got the mouse cursor over the report background and not over something else. Other than that, I can't really tell you what's different between your runtime environment and mine. Also, this is in VFP 9 although I believe it works the same way going back to at least 6.
