Tristan,
If only I could find him/her Grrrrrrrr!!! We were blacklisted on by the
SpamHaus outfit which acts a little like the Equifax equivalent for credit
which meant that all our email out was being rejected by email servers who
use SpamHaus but what was more worrying was that our own ISP was rejecting
incoming emails to us i.e orders and more importantly, Profox messages!

For anyone else that suffers the same fate go onto www.spamhaus.org and just
check that your IP address is not listed on the blacklist. If it is, then
you can request to be taken off which takes about 30 minutes to activate.

Our problem is we didn't know it had happened as, you guessed it, our ISP
emailed us with the problem on Tuesday - and of course the email message
from them was rejected - by them! Dumbnuts!

Having had our domain name hijacked by a Spammer and consequently being
blacklisted for 48 hours this is a test message so see everything is
working
OK.

Oh, and Merry Christmas to you all.
