Michael, Same here as regard the Extender , so I'm very interested. I've downloaded the demo but there are files missing. However there are .FXP and .BAK files there so I think a little use of the old Refox program might help here - purely for educational purposes.
I've emailed them and told them about the omissions and I'll report on any progress.
