As OPs have said, we've had problems in the past that boiled down to the Netware client. First step is to make sure they have the latest version installed. AIR, MS's client was better but had its own problems (with printing ?). Best solution is get them to move off Novell (sad though I am to say it). Netware and Windows don't play that well together IME.
