Yes, you are (as usual) correct, mon ami. Patton thought the world of Rommel as a tactician and commander, and had great respect for him as well. Too bad he was on the side of the enemy, though. But oddly enough the Germans has a much higher opinion of Patton than the politically-correct Americans. Nevertheless, George S. is my hero.
