It was not that long ago that ComCast purchased the AT&T cable Internet
business in Detroit, and clipped the ability to carry a VPN signal unless
business accounts paid extra VPN Circuit Fee.  Residential customers had to
move to a business level of service if they wanted the VPN option.  I was
told by a Tech Rep it was done to reduce bandwidth consumption due to VPN
signals.  Greedy Bastards.

Anyway, Comcast not supporting the Cisco unit likely has more to do with
them not selling Cisco equipment, and needing to remove VPN signal blocking,
as opposed to the Cisco itself having a problem.  I say again, Greed
Bastards!  Nothing like being trapped like a rat, eh?
