Bill was a grunt during 'Nam and has a lot of bugaboos for which I sympathize with him. Virgil was a radio op on a support vessel that got around but I don't think he was in the black budget business. I am not sure what you did but I don't think it was black either. I spent 2.8 years working for the National Recon Office (before anyone knew it existed) working on black budget stuff that is still classified today, 35 years later. I am not a bleeding heart. I am a pragmatist. Our present course of imperialism is the most intense, obscene, and counterproductive since James Monroe started it with the Monroe Doctrine. No practitioner has ever abused his constituency the way that Shrub has; not even the Alien and Sedition Act! So every once in a while I take my soapbox out for a spin.
