No sir....I respectfully disagree.  If it's written in <insert Popular 
Modern Language here> but it doesn't do what the end-user wanted or in 
inefficient/inconvenience, then it's no good.  I think back to Kris 
McDaniels' story of her pet's breeder software (or something like that) 
and how their company tried to DotNet or browser base it and it royally 
sucked. 

To use a popular analogy:  if you or I play golf with Tiger Woods golf 
clubs, I doubt we'll be able to shoot as good as Tiger does.  It's 
largely about the craftsman, and less about the tool.
