IMHO, PDF is your best bet, as it's pretty much a de facto standard, anyone can get a reader, and you don't have to worry about the user having the right version of word, or the correct fonts, etc, etc. But to answer your question, I believe others on this list have mentioned an FRX TO WORD program on UT.
