...Burning the Ubuntu CD.... The machine I'm going to install it on is my prior development machine. (Straining to remember RAM, Processor, etc.)
I know that the hard disk that is in there has some old crap on it. Can I run a utility from the Ubuntu CD to reformat it, or should I do it some other way first? (Does Knoppix have a utility for that?)
