Well Cata (a guy that is mentioned in that webpage) is a romanian guy that wrote Corso (an anti-refox tool) and as far as I can tell he's pretty smart.
I have also seen Josh Assing mentioned in that page and I know he was trying to find an anti-refox protection as well. Looks that is a nice and safe to use tool. Thanks for the link.
