Still can't get to the page directly... So.... I ended up clicking around just about every conceivable place it seemed, here there everywhere... BUT, at some point I ended up on a help page that listed an email address associated with what I was looking for, and it matched one I had on the hardcopy I printed from the eOpen page the one time I was there before... So out of desperation I emailed that address (it was pretty generic looking) asking for help getting to the link/form I had seen before... it said they'd get back within 24 hours (so I assumed next week some time, if at all)... I took a sip of coffee, checked our company daily sales page on the intranet, and loh and behold, there's a) an ackowledgement message (not unexpected) and b) an email from a real person with the doc I was looking for attached....
