I use the free Linux version of Limewire running under FC6, and previously under FC4. I've never hand any problems with it.
My wife also uses Limewire running on her FC6 system and uses Limewire much more than I do. She sometimes leave Limewire running on her computer for days on end, so she can share her music files with other community members.
