I agree !   This looks like exactly what the open source
community was afraid of in the Novel/Micro$haft deal -
suck developers into using M$ proprietary code that's
licenced to Novel - SUSE Linux - users ONLY !!!

    They'll let it build until the contract with Novel runs out,
then sue EVERYBODY !!!    :-(
