There is a reservoir of Diesel Fuel; biodiesel, which is my favorite alternative to petrol based fuels. It is derived from plants, which make it renewable every year, but its not being held back by Dikes, but rather the Bush Administration that is heavily invested and in bed with the petrol based oil companies around the world.
